HPP’s Corporate Advisory team supports domestic and international clients across the full corporate lifecycle, advising on corporate governance, ESG, and securities market regulation, including disclosure requirements and market abuse issues.

We prepare and run shareholders’ meetings, with our lawyers serving as chairmen and secretaries at general meetings of private and listed companies, and advise boards and senior management on their responsibilities and liability, remuneration and incentive plans, and conflicts of interest.
