Silvaliisa Virri specialises in financial regulation and advises clients on a wide range of regulatory matters, including licensing processes, supervisory authority proceedings and complex compliance questions. She also advises on corporate law and governance issues and has experience in M&A transactions, particularly transactions involving regulated entities.

Prior to joining HPP, Silvaliisa worked as a team leader and legal advisor at the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. This background gives her a deep understanding of regulatory expectations, supervisory practices and market-wide regulatory developments. She has also worked as an attorney in another leading Finnish law firm.
