Malissa specialises in mergers and acquisitions, advising clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Additionally, she advises clients on corporate and contract law matters.

Prior to graduating, Malissa gained experience at HPP as a trainee, where she assisted with a wide variety of matters across both the M&A team and the wider firm as a general legal trainee.
