Stefan Boshkov is an experienced adviser in industrial transactions. He is an attorney-at-law with over a decade of experience advising on complex private M&A transactions, equity financings, and joint venture arrangements. He also advises on a broad range of commercial contracts, both in a transactional context and as part of ongoing advisory work.

Stefan represents Finnish and international clients, including industrial enterprises, in domestic and cross-border engagements. He regularly advises both sell-side and buy-side clients through all phases of the transaction process, with a structured, process-driven approach focused on material issues and effective risk management.

Stefan also serves as a designated board secretary for certain clients and advises on corporate governance matters. He has gained in-house experience during a secondment as Group Legal Counsel at a Finnish company. His background as an officer in the Finnish Defence Forces further strengthens his ability to lead complex projects and perform under pressure.
