HPP assisted private investors in the sale of the shares in a real estate company which owns the hotel property located at Kasarmikatu 40 in the Helsinki centrum to a purchaser managed by Slättö.
The hotel property sold for renovation was previously occupied by Hotel Rivoli Jardin.
HPP acted as the legal advisor to the seller in the transaction.
