HPP is advising Catena AB (publ) on its acquisition of a modern logistics property from a seller consortium led by S-Bank. The property serves as Cramo Finland’s headquarters as well as the company’s main logistics and service hub in close proximity to Helsinki Airport.
The property has a total lettable area of approximately 23,260 square metres with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 575 million (approximately EUR 53 million).
Catena is a Swedish real estate company focusing on logistics properties. The company’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
