HPP is advising Catena AB (publ) on its acquisition of a combined terminal and warehouse facility as well as office premises. The property was constructed in 2006 as a built-to-suit facility for DHL, which continues to operate at the property. The property has a total lettable area of approximately 41,800 square metres with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 719 million (approximately EUR 66 million).
