HPP advised Veritas Pension Insurance Company Ltd. in a financing arrangement, whereby Nordea Bank Abp financed the majority of the direct real estate investments of Veritas. The transaction followed an amendment of the Finnish Pension Insurance Companies Act that broadened the possibilities to use debt financing in relation to direct real estate investments of pension insurance companies.
