HPP is advising Catena AB (publ) on its acquisition of a portfolio of ten logistics properties from funds managed by Urban Partners. The underlying property value of the portfolio is approximately SEK 2.15 billion (approximately EUR 190 million).
The portfolio has a total lettable area of approximately 142,300 square metres, with two of the properties currently under construction. The properties are located across several key logistics locations in Finland. The tenants include companies such as Posti, DSV and Warasto, with an occupancy rate of 100 percent. Closing of the properties will take place separately.
