HPP advises the subsidiary of property investment company Trophi Fastighets AB (publ) in a sale and lease back arrangement whereby it shall acquire a retail property located at Munkinmäki, Kirkkonummi.
There is an ongoing development project on the target property whereunder a grocery store building shall be built on the property. The building shall be leased to a retail business operator with a long-term lease agreement.
HPP acts as the legal advisor to the purchaser in the project.
