HPP assisted AKR Tuotto Ky, managed by Auratum Kiinteistöt Oy, in the sale of shares in a real estate company holding a commercial property in Tuusula.
The combined leasable area of the buildings on the property is approximately 4,000 sqm, centrally located in Hyrylä, Tuusula.
HPP acted as the seller’s legal advisor in the transaction.
