HPP acted as legal counsel to Deutsche Bank AG, as mandated lead arranger and original lender, and Trimont Europe Limited, as agent and security agent, in a EUR 240 000 000 financing arrangement with Special Mutual Fund Titanium Care Real Estate, a fund managed by Titanium, investing in care properties located in Finland. The new financing arrangement replaces the fund’s existing financing.
