HPP assisted Evli real estate fund Erikoissijoitusrahasto Evli Logistiikkakiinteistöt in the acquisition of the shares in a real estate company from Erikoissijoitusrahasto Mandatum AM Suomi Kiinteistöt II.
The target company owns a commercial property in Jännetie 1, Kaarina. The building project pertaining the expansion of the now approximately 3,000 sqm commercial building located on the property was finalized late in 2023. The building is leased with a long-term lease agreement to a well-known Finnish retailer.
HPP acted as the legal advisor to the purchaser in the transaction.
