HPP’s M&A team advised UK industrials group Bodycote plc on certain Finnish aspects of the £1.84 billion takeover by US private equity sponsor Veritas Capital. The takeover comes after a public competitive process between Veritas Capital and global private markets manager CVC.
Bodycote is a FTSE 250 company which offers services including heat treatment for manufacturing, metal joining and the application of protective metallic coatings.
