HPP assisted its client in drafting a partner code of conduct to be used in the relationships with its contracting partners, such as suppliers. The code of conduct works as a tool for contractually managing sustainability considerations in the supply chain and covers environmental and social sustainability as well as governance. The tool was designed to take into account sustainability considerations arising in the relevant business, relevant market standards and stakeholder expectations.
