HPP advised its client by conducting a legal risk review of certain practices in its business operations, for the purpose of identifying and advising on legal risks arising in such practice and suggesting mitigating actions. In its review, HPP focused on areas such as anti-bribery, corporate law, and governance relating to sanctions and competition law. Based on its findings, HPP suggested contractual and process-related good practices for managing the identified risks.
