HPP advised Futureal Energy Partners, the energy division of Hungarian real estate developer Futureal Group, in its investment into Finnish renewables firm Aurinkokarhu Oy to co-develop a pipeline of about 3 GW of solar, BESS and hybrid projects in Finland. The partnership also includes an early-stage development pipeline expected to exceed 800 MW in the coming years in Finland and Sweden. The transaction was structured through a Swedish holding platform as Futureal Energy Partners seeks to expand its presence in the Nordic region.
