Titta Anonen heads the HPP’s human resources operations and leads the HR team. She is responsible for the full scope of HR functions, including the development and smooth running of employee life cycle processes and employee experience. In addition to her HR responsibilities, Titta serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors and acts as line manager to the Legal Assistant and Office & Catering team leader.

Titta joined HPP in 2022. Prior to this, she spent several years in versatile HR roles in global and Nordic corporations. This experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of HR’s role and function as a business partner at both the strategic and operational level.
