Tiina Kämäräinen specialises in employment law, advising both Finnish and international clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Tiina advises clients on their day-to-day employment law questions, such as those relating e.g. to working hours, annual holiday and other employment leaves, performance issues, disciplinary matters and statutory employee consultation processes. Tiina also assists clients regularly on employment law aspects in connection with corporate transactions.

In 2025, Tiina completed a secondment as an Employee Relations Manager at a large restaurant industry company, where she advised on and supported the organisation in a wide range of employment law matters. The secondment provided Tiina with valuable, first-hand insight into the client-focused and business-driven aspects of employment law. 

Before graduating in 2023, Tiina worked at HPP as a trainee from 2020, gaining experience across a wide range of legal tasks.
