Teija Lius heads HPP’s Finance practice. She has significant and wide-ranging experience in domestic and cross-border financing arrangements, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy and project finance. She is recognised for her pragmatic approach to complex legal matters, working closely with clients to deliver clear, commercially sound and workable solutions that meet their business objectives.

During her career, Teija has been involved in numerous financing transactions, from straightforward bilateral lending to complex multi-jurisdictional financing arrangements on the lender, borrower and sponsor side. In addition to private practice, Teija has been working in in-house roles at international finance institutions and has strong background also from development finance related questions.
