Sonja Lamminen is a member of HPP’s assistant team, working with the Dispute Resolution practice group. She ensures smooth and efficient client experience by supporting lawyers throughout all stages of their work. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail and commitment to efficiency help deliver seamless, high‑quality service to our clients.

In addition to this, administrative IT management is a large part of Sonja’s role. In close collaboration with our IT operations, she focuses on developing and maintaining systems to be clear, error-free and transparent. Sonja is a highly trusted expert for streamlining processes and turning data into actionable insights for the benefit of our clients. She joined the firm in 1993.
