Sara Mäkinen specialises in banking and finance, advising both lenders and borrowers across a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing arrangements. In addition, Sara advises clients in matters relating to real estate transactions. Her experience encompasses both financing arrangements and real estate matters, giving her a well-rounded understanding of deals where the two areas meet.

Sara approaches her work with a keen eye for detail and a practical mindset, aiming to find workable solutions even in demanding situations.

Sara first joined HPP in 2023 as a trainee before becoming an associate in spring 2025. Prior to joining HPP, she gained valuable experience at the National Land Survey of Finland, where she worked extensively in real estate matters.
