Sara Laitila specialises in technology and data law, advising clients from across all industry sectors on a wide range of contractual and regulatory matters in the digital economy. Her expertise covers areas such as IT procurement and outsourcing, data protection, cyber security, data governance and artificial intelligence, as well as general commercial contracting.

Sara joined HPP as an Associate in 2019. Before this, she worked as a legal trainee at a global technology company focused on innovation and cross-border licensing. This experience has given her a pragmatic and in-depth understanding of the legal, operational and strategic dimensions of technology-driven organisations.
