Pinja Orvasto specialises in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. She advises clients in both domestic and cross-border transactions. In addition, Pinja also regularly advises clients in matters relating to corporate law and contract law. Pinja’s specialism also includes corporate taxation.

Before graduating in 2024, Pinja worked at HPP as a trainee in the transactions team with a wide range of legal tasks for one year.
