Noora Heinonen specialises in employment law, advising both Finnish and international clients on employment matters across the full employment lifecycle. Her expertise includes, among others, preparing employment and executive agreements, providing guidance on a wide range of day-to-day employment questions, statutory employee consultation procedures and termination of employment relationships, as well as advising on employment matters related to corporate transactions.
Before joining HPP, Noora worked with employment law assignments at an international law firm. Noora also has worked as an in-house employment law counsel for one of HPP’s clients (one of Finland’s largest employers) as a part-time secondee. The secondment has given Noora valuable insight to client-focused and business-driven perspective on employment matters.
