Lotta Kumpuniemi specialises in employment law and advises both domestic and international clients across a broad range of employment matters, including agreements, terminations and global mobility. She has been involved in numerous complex restructuring processes, both domestic and international, covering corporate reorganisations and related employment law advice. Lotta has particular interest towards equality and non-discrimination issues.

Prior to joining HPP, Lotta has worked with employment matters at an international law firm for several years. She has also worked as an in-house counsel at a listed Nordic food manufacturing company as a secondee, which makes her a particularly business-oriented advisor.
