Katri serves as Head of Finance, leading HPP’s financial operations and overseeing core financial processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency. In addition to financial management, she is responsible for selected administrative processes, including procurement, supporting the organisation’s overall performance and governance.

Beyond her operational responsibilities, Katri leads strategic initiatives and development projects, including reporting enhancement and large-scale office renovation project. She is known for her solution-oriented mindset and her strong drive to continuously develop both herself and the organization she represents. She joined the firm in 2019.
