Julia Pekkala specialises in commercial dispute resolution and conflict management. She represents clients in international and domestic arbitration and litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Julia also advises clients on conflict avoidance and conflict management.

For more than a decade Julia has acted as lead counsel in major disputes across a range of sectors with particular focus on energy, construction, post M&A as well as antitrust damages claims. Julia has played a central role in a number of large-scale disputes arising from significant infrastructure and industrial project disputes in Finland. Julia has also successfully handled disputes across a range of commercial contracts including real estate, supply, projects and insurance.
