Jenna Tyynilahti specialises in technology and data law, advising clients on a variety of contractual and regulatory matters, covering areas such as IT procurement and outsourcing, data protection, cyber security, data governance and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, she provides counsel in assignments relating to general commercial and contract law.

Jenna joined HPP as an Associate in 2022. Prior to joining HPP, she worked as a legal trainee at a listed global IT company, equipping her with a practical understanding of business operations and the legal complexities of the technology sector. In 2025, she completed a secondment at a logistics organisation, where she advised on data protection matters and supported the organisation in various commercial and business matters, including contract negotiations.
