Inka Sajakoski specialises in insolvency law, advising clients especially in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. She has several years of experience serving as both administrator and counsel in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings of varying scale. Inka also frequently represents creditors in insolvency-related matters and advises on matters related to the collection of receivables and financing arrangements, including securities and pledges, throughout all stages of the client’s business lifecycle.
Inka also represents clients in dispute resolution proceedings, with a particular focus on insolvency-related disputes, including clawback claims and debt collection matters.
Inka is recognised for her business-minded approach and commitment to delivering added value to her clients. Prior to graduating in 2020, she gained several years of experience at HPP and another leading law firm as a trainee with a particular focus on insolvency law.
