Henrik af Ursin heads HPP’s Intellectual Property practice, specialising in all aspects of intellectual property. His work spans e.g. IP strategy, IP protection and commercialization, and includes advising domestic and international clients on complex trademark and design portfolios, invention-related processes, trade secrets, domain names and IP-driven transactions.
He advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, risk management and commercially sound solutions. Henrik also advises clients on life sciences related legal issues, as well as on marketing and consumer law issues closely connected to commercial strategy.
In addition to his client work, Henrik serves as a domain name panelist and is a European Trademark Attorney. He frequently speaks at IP-focused seminars and events.
