Henna Wiklund is a consummate employment law professional with extensive experience of nearly 20 years. She has worked on employment law assignments as an attorney for the most of her career. In addition, she has led the employment law team of one of Finland’s largest employer companies, ISS Palvelut Oy, which is a subsidiary to the Danish listed company ISS A/S, employing 8,000 employees in Finland.

Henna’s expertise covers the full spectrum of employment law matters from drafting executive and other employment contracts to challenging employee terminations and employment litigation. She thrives on working with international clients, assisting them with the wide spectrum of Finnish employment law questions.

Henna has solid experience in assisting clients in demanding workplace negotiations, such as mandatory employee consultations in connection with redundancies and negotiations on local collective bargaining agreements. She has particular interest in legal questions relating to international aspects of employment, such as those concerning posted workers and international assignments in general. Henna advises clients regularly on occupational health and safety matters and litigates employment cases in both civil and criminal proceedings.
