Antti is a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in both domestic and cross-border finance transactions. His core competencies span real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, bonds, factoring, leasing, and voluntary restructuring – making him a trusted advisor in complex financial matters.
In addition to his law firm career, Antti has worked in a Finnish commercial bank and the European Investment Bank, giving him a strong understanding on the requirements and preferences of financial institutions.
Antti assumed the role of Managing Partner of HPP on 1 January 2025, bringing strategic leadership to the firm as well as to client work.
