Andrew Cotton advises on a broad range of transactions, acting for private equity sponsors and corporate clients on often complex cross-border deals. He has extensive experience of demanding M&A, equity investment and joint venture processes across a wide range of sectors, but with particular focus on the technology and energy sectors.
Andrew is a dual-qualified Finnish Attorney and English Solicitor and prior to moving to Finland in 2005, Andrew spent several years in law firms in the City of London.
