HPP is a leading business law firm focusing on the essentials of business law. Our clients are Finnish and international companies from a wide range of industries. As a workplace, HPP is known for its strong legal expertise, great team spirit, and flat hierarchy. Our office is committed to accelerating growth and expanding internationally.
Would you like to create meaningful experiences for clients, partners and future talent, and help build the HPP brand?
Event and Marketing Specialist
We are looking for an Event and Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand’s visibility and recognition. Your key responsibilities will include planning and delivering events, managing brand materials, and maintaining and developing our HubSpot CRM system. The purpose of the role is to support HPP’s growth and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience through our events. You will work particularly closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications as well as the Communications Specialist.
About the role
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering client and stakeholder events from start to finish. Events play an important role in strengthening HPP’s client relationships, creating new business opportunities and building our brand, so we set high standards for their quality. You will have the opportunity to develop event concepts, enhance the attendee experience, improve working practices and contribute fresh ideas to increase the impact of our events.
You will also be responsible for maintaining client data in HubSpot and coordinating and developing invitation processes. The role does not include responsibility as the system administrator, but we expect strong practical skills in using HubSpot to support events and marketing.
In addition, you will coordinate event materials, branded merchandise and client gifts, ensuring that HPP’s visual identity is applied consistently across materials and events. We value a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop creative ways to raise HPP’s profile through events and brand elements.
The role also involves supporting marketing and communications, particularly event promotion and content creation. You will contribute to social media and website content and help develop our employer brand, working alongside the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Communications Specialist, our lawyers and external partners.
In this varied role, you will manage several projects simultaneously and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders. To succeed, you will need excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, a proactive approach, the ability to anticipate needs and a strong client service mindset. The role also requires flexibility and the ability to work effectively in changing circumstances and, at times, under tight deadlines. The role involves flexible working hours, for example when supporting client and stakeholder events.

- At least 3–5 years’ experience in planning and delivering events
- Experience of using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A client-focused service mindset
- A keen eye for branding, visual identity and detail
- A proactive, responsible approach and a commitment to continuous improvement

What we offer
You will join a friendly and supportive workplace that values collaboration and continuous learning. This varied and engaging role offers opportunities to develop your skills and help improve our day-to-day working practices.
The position is permanent, starting in early 2027, and based in our newly refurbished office in the heart of Helsinki. We offer a comprehensive employee benefits package, including lunch, commuting, sports, cultural and wellbeing benefits, as well as extensive occupational healthcare and insurance cover. You will also have opportunities to take part in group sports activities and staff social events.
