We advised eQ Commercial Properties Fund, a Finnish special investment fund, on the sale of Malmin Nova local service centre to HOK-Elanto, one of Finland’s largest consumer cooperatives. The retail property is located next to Malmi railway station in Helsinki and houses some forty tenants with a leasable area of ca. 12,000 sqm. The multi-tenant local service centre serves as a commercial hub in the North Helsinki area.
