HPP has advised Arctia, a leading Finnish provider of icebreaking and fairway maintenance services, on a charter agreement for the deployment of a multipurpose icebreaker in the Canadian Arctic in late 2026.
Under the agreement, Arctia will support the Canadian Coast Guard’s civilian operations by providing a range of maritime services, including icebreaking, assistance, and ice management services.
The agreement marks a significant international engagement for Arctia and reinforces its position as a trusted provider of demanding icebreaking and Arctic maritime services worldwide.
