We have advised a major global pharmaceutical company on a multi-jurisdictional regulatory project concerning the online sale of medicinal products Finland. Engaged as Finnish counsel through the client’s lead counsel in another European jurisdiction, our work covered the Finnish regulatory framework governing mail-order pharmacies, cross-border sales of medicinal products, questions of parallel imports of medicinal products, as well as application of Finnish pricing and reimbursement regulations to cross-border sales of pharmaceuticals.
