HPP advised a bank club formed by Nordea Bank Abp, Danske Bank A/S, Norion Bank AB, Uudenmaan Osuuspankki and Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) in connection with Verda Cloud Oy´s EUR 136,000,000 financing round. The bank club provided debt financing to Verda Cloud Oy for, among other things, financing the acquisition of AI and GPU servers. The financing round combines debt financing from the bank club with equity financing led by Lifeline Ventures with participation from Tesi, Varma and other investors. The financing round supports the expansion and scaling up of the company’s sustainable AI computing infrastructure across Europe, the US and Asia.
